Lakeview Estates is a 300 lot plus development commenced by a long standing developer client of Bland & Jackson Surveyors Ltd in 1980. Over the last 34 years the development has progressed through a total of 14 stages with the last stage (14) currently under development. Key features of this development is its proximity to Lake Rotokare and Barrett Domain. The development has provided a link between Poplar Grove and Barrett Road via Karamea Street. Stage 14 will create 22 new residential sites and new roading required will link Karamea Street to Cyrus Street.
