Project Description
Evergreen is a 24 Lot development in Bell Block completed in October 2014.
An extension of Dillon Drive to meet Glasglow Street, with Glasglow Street extended across Waihowaka Stream to link into Tiromoana Crescent. This ultimately provided a seaward link between Mangati Road and Wills Road for access to the sea frontage.
Site earthworks involved filling a significant gully running through the centre of the site with Engineer certified compacted fill to a depth of over 4m, with provision for ground water to continue to flow unimpeded below the fill.
The subdivision has proved popular due to the proximity to the extended coastal walkway and the adjoining Reserve along the Waihowaka Stream.
