Ashwood Park

Ashwood Park is a 23 Lot development in Bell Block with a cul-de-sac off Wills Road.

The western extent of the site adjoins the proposed reserved walkway along the Waihowaka Stream. A 4m high rock wall has been erected along the eastern side of the stream with Engineer certified fill behind providing for raised platform for dwelling sited with extended views down the valley and across the stream.

Completion of stage 2 is expected by the end of September 20115.

A stage 3 development is proposed on the eastern side of the Waihowaka stream. This is an extension of Coby Sydney Drive northwards and onto the proposed extension of Parklands Reserve on the adjoining property.
