Years of experience
The practice has been operating since 1963, with Geoff Bland joining Graham Christiansen & Associates in 1975. Geoff became sole partner in charge of the practice in 1980. Since that time the practice has grown to a multi-disciplinary survey and land development consultancy with a reputation for integrity and quality service. Geoff remains an integral part of the project team to this day however over the past decade the operational reigns have progressively transitioned to the next generation and current managing directors Vaughan Maclean, Mark Bland and Vaughan Redshaw. The company has over 60 years operational experience and the management team more than 100 years of combined local experience to call on to successfully deliver to our clients expectations.

We have developed a reputation for expertise in Land Development projects throughout the Taranaki region with many of the current residential developments in the New Plymouth area being designed and project managed by this practice.
